We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adanola pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure items are free from makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
